You would always know when you are around a Krispy Kreme outlet because the smell of freshly baked donuts would draw you toward this donut haven. The Saket branch of Krispy Kreme is quite small but you should have seen that long queue of people that had gathered to enjoyed donuts on its opening day, absolutely remarkable.

 

This North Carolina-based donut chain announced its opening in Delhi this year and now it has a branch in Garuda Mall too. Looking at the interest people are showing in these delicious freshly baked donuts, I can say that it would surely be doubling the number of its outlets in India to at least a 100 over the next few years.

 

KK has a wide and ever-changing range of doughnuts. Among my favourites are the double chocolate cake donut, chocolate dreamcake and almond all over. Also, their Original Glazed® donut is a hot favourite. When their neon sign "HOT DONUTS NOW" is on you are likely to get a free Original Glazed® which has just been made absolutely fresh (only 30 seconds old!).

 

Placing KK in one of the hippest malls in Delhi was a marketing masterstroke because people love to shop at Select City Walk and who doesn't like to shop with a donut in their hand?!!!?!! Droooool... I don't care it's this late... I'm gonna dig into the KK donut box I got this evening..........
