The features I dislike:

1. When you click on a person’s profile>>reviews and want to comment on one of the person’s reviews, the submit button is missing. So you have to go to the restaurant’s link and then find the person’s review and then click on it.

2. I also dislike the rating distribution system because I feel it is unnecessary. People will look at a person’s profile and judge the person based on his/her rating distribution rather than the details in his/her reviews. "Ah, this person only rates resturants between 1 & 2, what a jerk!" It could be that the person only writes on Zomato when he/she has had a bad experience!

3. Zomato Reviewers are very passionate about the leaderboard and the competition makes them want to excel. I dislike the fact that the Hall of Fame may take that passion away from them because without competition a lot of people, especially me would not be motivated to write as much as I do now. People should be given a choice/offer to be inducted and the final decision should be left to the reviewer.

The features I love:

1. I love the fact that we can add as many pictures as we like and unlike tripadvisor and other websites uploading pics is so easy on Zomato.com. Zomato is so chilled out about formats, file size, etc. Love the user-friendliness!

2. I love the comments option, I know so many more people in the Zomato community, I’ve made good friends, I’ve learnt so much about other countries, especially their food.

3. I love the fact that when you like other people’s yummy pictures they are added to your wall. Your wall is always full of nice pictures and who doesn’t adore pictures of mouth-watering desserts?
